London, Santa Monica 5th November — UK-based sales firm 101 Films International, an Amcomri Entertainment company, has today reported international sales of the feature film Fear the Invisible Man, a remake of the HG Wells classic novel The Invisible Man which was first published in 1897.

Recently picked up by 101 Films International, the period action thriller has been acquired by Screen Media, a Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment company for North America, Factoris for France, 101 Films in the UK, Dolphin in Germany and Superfine in India.

FEAR THE INVISIBLE MAN, set in the late 1890s and filmed in well-known parts of South West England, stars Mhairi Calvey (Braveheart), David Hayman (The Boy in the Striped Pjamas), Mark Arnold (Teen Wolf) and Mike Beckingham (Truth Seekers).

Developed by producer Monika Gergelova (Checkmate), the film is written by Philip Daay (Crystal’s Shadow) and directed by Paul Dudbridge (Horizon). 

Fear the Invisible Man sees Adeline, a young British woman shelter an old medical school colleague, a man who has somehow turned himself invisible.  As his isolation grows and his sanity frays, he schemes to create a reign of wanton murder and terror across the city – and Adeline’s the only one who knows he even exists.

Produced in the UK by M & M Film Productions, the 100-minute English language drama is directed and co-produced by Paul Dudbridge, with Alex Metcalf as Director of Photography.  Producers are Monika Gergelova, Malcolm Winter and Michael Riley.
