Amcomri Entertainment Inc (AMEN) has been shortlisted in the Small Sponsorship Category in the Business to Arts Awards 2023 for its association and corporate sponsor partnership with The Richard Harris International Film Festival. Business to Arts aims to connect the corporate and cultural sectors through mutually beneficial partnerships. The Awards, running for over 30 years, recognise “excellence in creative partnerships, where a business, philanthropic organisation, or individual has supported the arts in an outstanding or compelling way” (business to arts)
Amcomri Entertainment Inc. (AMEN) became the lead corporate sponsor of The Richard Harris International Film Festival (RHIFF) in 2022. The sponsorship was announced at a launch event at King John’s Castle in Limerick in August 2022, while Amcomri also announced the creation of a new film investment fund at that event. The fund is now open for application for filmmakers that have been selected for RHIFF in previous years and can potentially be invested across a number of film projects.
Robert Price, CEO of Amcomri Entertainment Inc said; “At Amcomri we work to encourage project dialogue for film financing, publishing and international distribution and sales so we were thrilled to create a corporate sponsorship with The Richard Harris International Film Festival. This shortlisting highlights the fantastic relationship we have developed with the Richard Harris International Film Festival, as we strive to support independent producers of film content.”
