Chairman,
Paul McGowan is the Chairman of Amcomri Holdings, and was previously Chairman of the entertainment retailer HMV in the UK, Ireland and Canada. McGowan has been investing in the entertainment sector since 2010.

Robert is an experienced senior executive in media, entertainment and marketing. Most recently he was SVP & Managing Director for 20th Century Fox, prior to that he was UK CEO for Future Plc. He’s been creating and developing successful digital businesses and brands for over 20 years.

Larry is a highly experienced finance director having previously filled that role at Dunnes Stores, Ireland’s largest retail group. He led the acquisition of Metrodome, Tartan Palisades and Hollywood Classics as well as the formation of 101 International and Abacus Media Rights.

Andy is a highly regarded UK-based entrepreneur with almost 30 years of experience in the film distribution business. He is a founder and CEO of 101 Films, 101 Films International and Hollywood Classics International. Andy also co-leads Amcomri Productions which now produces its own feature film content.

From his Toronto base, Michael brings a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the film and television industry to the Amcomri team. Over 25 years of experience in the industry, his previous roles included President of Cloud Ten Pictures. He has a successful track record in sales and acquisitions, as well as packaging and producing independent feature films.

Michèle Maheux is a 40-year veteran of the Arts & Culture arena in Canada, having served fulltime most recently as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival). In her more than 30-year tenure at TIFF, she helped grow the organization into one of the most powerful and acclaimed cultural institutions in the world with a purpose build home in the heart of downtown Toronto – TIFF Bell Lightbox.
Independent Director,
Mr. Stojanovic is an experienced senior finance executive. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Perfect Plants Inc., a global agriculture-technology company. Prior to Perfect Plants, Mr. Stojanovic served as the Chief Financial Officer of Emblem Corp., leading several strategic initiatives and was part of the core team responsible for the sale of Emblem Corp. to Aleafia Health Inc. Mr. Stojanovic has extensive experience in external financial reporting and compliance, business planning, capital markets activities, internal controls and corporate governance.
Independent Director, Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP
Ms. Grove is a corporate lawyer and partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP where she is Canadian head of their Life Sciences and Healthcare Group. Ms. Grove was previously managing partner of Vancouver based law firm, Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP and led Bull, Housser in its merger discussions with global law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright. She then served as managing partner of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Vancouver office. She was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2017 by Women’s Executive Network and appointed King’s Counsel in 2020.
